Hyderabad's booming real estate market has reached another milestone as Raidurg Knowledge City witnessed record-breaking land auctions conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). Two premium land parcels spanning 11.38 acres generated a combined ₹2,529 crore, highlighting the growing demand for commercial land in one of India's most sought-after technology corridors.
The latest auction saw a 5.09-acre plot sold for ₹1,040 crore, translating to approximately ₹204 crore per acre. This followed an earlier auction of a 6.29-acre parcel, which fetched a record ₹237 crore per acre, the highest land price ever recorded in Hyderabad.
Located in Hyderabad's Knowledge City, Raidurg has become one of India's most valuable commercial real estate destinations. The area hosts major IT companies, innovation centers such as T-Hub and T-Works, and benefits from excellent connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. These advantages continue to attract strong interest from developers and corporate investors.
The record-breaking bids reflect growing confidence in Hyderabad's commercial real estate sector. Developers are planning high-end office towers, mixed-use developments, and premium commercial projects that will further strengthen the city's position as a leading technology and business destination.
With these latest auctions, the Telangana government has earned more than ₹5,000 crore from Raidurg land sales in just eight months, making the locality one of the state's largest revenue generators through strategic land monetization.
The latest Hyderabad Raidurg land deal underscores the city's rapidly growing stature as one of India's premier commercial real estate destinations. With record land prices, sustained investor demand, and continued infrastructure expansion, Raidurg is emerging as a cornerstone of Hyderabad's economic and urban growth story.
